Who is sleeping in which tent is something most contingents sort in advance of arrival. Contingent leaders will normally try and make sure each Cub is with at least one friend, although given the nature of the camp they will all be expected to be friends throughout.
As contingents will be away for a week so it’s important Cubs remember they will be sharing their home for the week, and think about what that means in terms of how they look after their personal kit, their own hygiene, giving people privacy when required and looking after the tent itself.
Cubs will also need to remember that tents have very thin walls and leaders have very good hearing!
